Defects Including Premature Damage

We will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge to the customer.

Manufacturers Defects Include the following:

  • Receiving damaged lenses, faulty hinges and obvious frame damage related to production processes.
  • We will require images as well as your order history with us; name & order number.

Please email Images to Kdeambrand@gmail.com - Subject “Warranty”.

Avoid Salt Water - Salt water can damage the color coating on TAC lenses and will lead to early loss of satisfaction.

     

    Wear & Tear Replacements:

    • Proof of damage (pictures) must be submitted to kdeambrand@gmail.com along with your name and order history with us.
    • Maintenance Note - Avoid lens cleaners & alcohol based solutions.

    We recommend using a neutral cleaner like diluted soapy water and gently patting dry with clean soft cloth or sunglass bag to keep them spiffy. Treat them right and they’ll last!
